Twelve South updates BookBook for iPad to be thinner, lighter

BookBook for iPad has been redesigned, inside and out, with a noticeably thinner profile than its predecessor. Lighter and more comfortable to carry, BookBook retains its rigid spine and two hardback book covers that protect iPad while it is carried out and about.

The new model is 33-percent thinner and weighs in a little over 12.5 ounces. Also new is a multi-angle display and typing stand, so users can type while the device is still in the case.

The BookBook for iPad is made of premium hand distressed leather with two zippers. It's available in three color options, Vintage Brown, Classic Black, and Vibrant Red with a retail price of 79.99.
